These Terms govern access to and purchases from the JT BEAUTY online store.

These Terms govern access to and purchases from the JT BEAUTY online store.
2. Acceptance
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these policies limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Product use and eligibility
Our beauty devices are intended for personal cosmetic-care purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Before use, customers must:
- read the supplied instructions and warnings;
- use only suitable charging equipment;
- begin at an appropriate intensity;
- clean and maintain the device as instructed;
- avoid use on broken, infected or severely irritated skin; and
- stop use if significant pain, burning, unusual swelling or persistent irritation occurs.
Customers who are uncertain about suitability because of a medical condition, recent procedure, implanted electronic device, pregnancy or active skin condition should obtain advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
Our devices are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear differently across screens;
- product packaging may be updated;
- minor manufacturing variations may occur; and
- individual cosmetic results may differ.
Only accessories expressly listed under “Package Includes” form part of the product.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is ordinarily accepted when it is dispatched or when we expressly confirm acceptance.
We may cancel an order before dispatch where:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment has not been completed;
- information required for delivery is incomplete;
- a clear pricing or system error occurred; or
- fulfilling the order would be unlawful or impracticable.
Any completed payment for a cancelled order will be refunded as required.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Delivery charges and any other charges payable to JT BEAUTY will be disclosed before checkout where applicable.
Payments are securely processed through independent payment providers. Reasonable payment verification may occasionally be required before dispatch.
JT BEAUTY is not VAT registered unless a valid tax invoice expressly states otherwise.
7. Processing and delivery
Paid orders are normally processed:
On the same South African business day or the next South African business day.
A South African business day means Monday to Friday, excluding official South African public holidays.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is:
- South Africa: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
These periods are reasonable estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote destinations, customs procedures, public holidays, courier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may increase delivery time.
8. Customer information
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate:
- contact details;
- delivery address;
- postal code;
- building or unit information; and
- telephone number.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
9. Intellectual property
The JT BEAUTY name, branding, website copy, original graphics, photographs and other original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
10. Reviews and customer content
Customer reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringe another person’s rights.
By submitting a review, you permit JT BEAUTY to display it in connection with the store and its products, subject to applicable law.
11. Liability
JT BEAUTY does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, JT BEAUTY is not liable for loss caused by:
- using a product contrary to instructions;
- accidental damage or negligent handling;
- unauthorised modification or repair;
- unsuitable chargers, accessories or substances;
- inaccurate information supplied by the customer; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These provisions must always be interpreted consistently with the Consumer Protection Act, including statutory rights relating to unsafe or defective products.

These Terms are governed by South African law.
